well,todae's training is tough. 1st day training after all e sit n stand in class.I think i've put on weight.. today i almost finish the 3 sets,all thanks to the stomachache!!!uurgh..duno why suddenly so pain.i think i too long neh run liao..somemore,when we playing 5 on 5 half way rain,den we do indoor physical stuff..wah.damn tiring lah..we did like after the 5 on 5,we in canteen do the one put the leg on e table,den muz lift up..zzz..i do until my stomach muscle almost tear..lol.. den,do push up on e benches,somemore muz pause der b4 getting up,..all the hand trembling,tomato face,real hard..den got sit on e bench n lift up the legs high..evry thing we do is when somebody doesnt do properly,we all have to re-do.pathetic!budden,can get more muscle..worth it..haha..after dat got 90 degree invisible chair on the wall..we keep on repeat,n repeat..total lyk got 8-10min down ther struggling sia..i think still got somemore bt cnt rmbr le.. nothing luh..went hm wif xiaoting,super dead tired.inside the mrt n lrt like so cold lah.. went hm..eat lunch..bathe,and sleep a while nia..
btw, im so excited to get my results bak 2moro altho i noe i dd terribly..hahaz.. n i wud luv to plae the inter-class netball!!!like so long havent participate in inter-class games lor.. always e5 havent play disqualified der..all thx to some ppl...
